The Rockin’ Out Alzheimer’s Disease Foundation is here to promote awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, provide support to caregivers through educational or financial resources, support funding for additional research, and encourage nursing students to choose senior care by funding scholarships.

CARING CLOSET
The Caring Closet is a service to Bulloch County & surrounding counties to assist families caring for individuals with dementia. To qualify, patients should have a physician’s diagnosis of dementia and should be living at home and not being served by hospice.
UGA CARE CENTER
ROAD & UGA CARE Center have partnered for community listening sessions for Bulloch County residents concerning brain health, recently diagnosed with, or caring for family and loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.
PROJECT LIFESAVER
Project Lifesaver is a reliable rapid-response partnership with the Bulloch County and Candler County Sheriff’s Offices aiding in victims and their families suffering from Alzheimer’s. Project Lifesaver uses state-of-the-art technology employing wristband transmitters to locate wandering and lost adults and children.
