The Caring Closet, supported by the Rockin’ Out Alzheimer’s Disease Foundation, is a service to Bulloch county and surrounding counties to assist families caring for individuals with dementia.
To qualify, patients should have a physician’s diagnosis of dementia and should be living at home and not being served by hospice.
